Hey - you, mom. You weren’t meant to stay stuck in a full-time job you’ve outgrown.
Blair helps you build a real business alongside your 9 to 5 - one that can actually replace your income (no TikTok dances required).
For working moms who want ownership and real upside, not a more flexible employer.
Let me guess
You're scrolling Instagram at 9pm, after the kids are finally asleep, looking at people who "quit their 9-5 to build their dream life." And you think: I could do that. You've got the skills, you're smart, you've been successful in your career for over a decade. But you're also completely exhausted from working 50-60 hour weeks, missing bedtimes, and being on your laptop during what's supposed to be "family time." You dream about just BEING with your kids without your brain still being at work.
And it kind of feels like you have to choose:
Option A: Keep grinding at your job, make good money, miss your kids' lives
Option B: Quit your job, be present for your kids, lose your income and identity
Both options suck.
You don't want to choose between career and kids - you want BOTH. The income, the flexibility, the chance to use your brain, and the ability to be at school pickup.
But - you already know there's a third option: build your own business, work 15-30 hours/week on your terms, make $150K-$300K/year, never miss another school event.
Here’s what you get
This isn’t just another list of ideas. It’s a clear path to a real business that fits your life.
Your unfair advantage: the hidden skill that makes you more valuable than you think
Your top business path matched to your actual skills, experience, and life constraints
Clear pricing guidance so you know exactly what to charge from day one
The math on what this looks like as a side business and what it looks like full-time
A personalized 30-day playbook with the exact steps to go from "I think I could do this" to "I have my first client"
Mom-specific guidance built around the hours you actually have (not the hours you wish you had)
This is for you if
You're a high-achieving woman with young kids who:
Has 10-15 years experience (marketing, product, operations, finance, consulting, whatever)
Earns $150K–$400K and wants a business that can realistically replace that income
Is burnt out from 50-60 hour weeks and doesn't want to do this for another 20 years
Wants to be PRESENT for your kids
Is ready to build your own thing and stop climbing someone else’s ladder
This is NOT for you if:
You’re looking for a part-time corporate job, flexible employer, or remote W-2 role
You're looking for passive income with no work
You're happy with your current work situation (good for you!)
You’ve thought about it
Maybe for months. Maybe for years.
So...why haven't you done it yet?
Because there are too many options and you don’t know which one is best for you. Or because you’re the primary breadwinner and you’re afraid of the risk. Or because change is hard. So you just keep researching. And researching. And researching.
Meanwhile, the kids are getting older, you're getting older, and you're still at the same job that drains you - not owning your own time, not designing and living your own dream life.
I, too, was stuck like this for years.
I'm Kristin. Mom of 3 under 5, wife of a medical resident with crazy hours, and product-turned-strategy leader who’s spent 15+ years at startups, in VC, and at a Fortune 100 company.
For YEARS I wanted to start my own thing. I’ve listened to the “My First Million” business podcast for over 6 years, researched everything: consulting, courses, data scrapers, laundromats, lead gen for local services, franchises. Built nothing. Because I had maybe 10 hours a week, I couldn't afford to waste time on the wrong thing, and I was paralyzed by all the options. I played them all out in my head and they were all either too hard to get started or all failed in the future for some reason or another. So weeks turned into months, and months turned into years.
Here's what I finally figured out: I didn't need to know EVERY option. I just needed someone to tell me: "Based on YOUR skills, YOUR time, YOUR goals, here’s what you should do. And here's exactly how to get started." One clear path, not 47 options.
That's why I built Blair.
Why this works
1. It's personalized to YOU
Not generic "top 10 side hustles" advice that doesn't account for your actual skills, time, or goals.
2. It eliminates decision paralysis
Instead of bouncing between endless side business ideas, Blair walks you through a clear process that leads to one focused path.
3. It's a path to FREEDOM, not just extra money
This isn't about working two jobs forever. It's about building ONE business that eventually replaces your income so you can quit on YOUR terms.
4. You get a real plan, not a pep talk
A step-by-step playbook that tells you exactly what to do, in what order, built around your schedule and your kids.
How it works
Step 1: Discover your unfair advantage (free, 60 seconds)
You've spent years building skills most people never develop. We'll show you the one that's actually worth money, and why it matters more than you think.
Step 2: Get your personalized plan ($149)
Blair matches your advantage, experience, and schedule to the right business - then builds your plan: what to sell, what to charge, who to sell it to, and exactly where to start. No guessing.
Step 3: Follow your 30-day launch roadmap
Work through it phase by phase - each one unlocks when you finish the last. Every task is built for the hours you actually have, not the hours you wish you had. By the end, you'll know exactly what you're building, what to charge, and how to get your first revenue.
Why I built Blair
I've spent 15 years building and scaling products in tech, from early-stage startups to big, complex orgs. Today I'm a Director of Strategy & Ops at HP's software org. Before that, I was a Principal at Expa, advising pre-seed and seed founders on product, fundraising, and go-to-market. Earlier in my career I worked in product roles at companies like Calm, Modsy, and Rocket Fuel.
And still - after years of building for other companies, I felt stuck trying to figure out what to actually start for myself.
The problem wasn't motivation or capability. It was that nothing I found was designed around my actual life. Most advice felt generic, abstract, and strangely disconnected from the real constraints moms like me were operating under. What I wanted was someone to look at my background, my (limited) time, my risk tolerance, and my goals, and then say: start here. Do this. Ignore the rest.
So I built that.
I talked to women who had actually done it, not in theory but in practice. Consultants who went from zero to consistent income. Fractional execs who replaced their corporate salaries. Founders who built six-figure businesses while working full-time with young kids. I asked what worked, what didn't, and what they'd do differently starting over today. Then I turned those patterns into the recommendation engine and playbooks that live inside Blair.
Smart, capable women don't need more ideas or more noise. They need clarity, direction, and a starting point that fits the life they already have.
Pricing
A business coach charges $200-$500/hour. You'd need 3-5 sessions just to get to the same clarity Blair gives you in one recommendation. That's $600-$2,500.
Generic online courses charge $500-$2,000 for advice that isn't personalized to you, your skills, or your life.
Blair: $149 (founding member pricing)
Your personalized recommendation, pricing math, and a 30-day playbook built around the hours you actually have.
FAQ
“What kind of businesses does Blair recommend?”
Not dropshipping. Not "start a blog." Real businesses built on skills you already have. Things like fractional leadership, strategy consulting, positioning work, productized services, creative studios, talent placement, even acquisition-based models. The kind of work where companies or customers pay a premium because you're solving a problem they can't solve themselves.
“Do I need a business idea already?”
No! That's the whole point - Blair figures out what you should build based on your skills, experience, and the hours you actually have.
“What exactly do I get for $149?”
A business coach in your pocket. Your recommendation, your pricing math, and a step-by-step playbook to get you from idea to first revenue. It's not a PDF or a course. It's a platform that's always there for you - you work through it at your own pace, phase by phase.
"I don't have time for this."
The playbook is designed for 10-15 hours/week. That's a few nap times and a couple evenings after the kids are down. You don’t need a wide open calendar - you just need a clear plan.
"I don't know what I'm good at."
You're probably better at more things than you think. You just need someone to point them out and show you how they translate to income.
"What if I pick the wrong business?"
Your plan comes with a primary recommendation and 2 alternatives. If the first one doesn't click after 60-90 days, you pivot. Nothing is wasted - the skills and learnings transfer.
"This sounds like a lot of work on top of my already full-time job."
It is work. I'm not going to lie. But let's face it, you're already used to working hard. The difference is this time you're building something that's yours.
The goal isn't perfection. The goal is to START. Because I can guarantee you, you getting the courage to start will get you a lot further than your nightly Instagram scrolls.
Look -
You've been thinking about this for a while.
Maybe months. Maybe years.
You keep telling yourself "I'll start next month" or "I just need to do a little more research."
But you're not going to start next month.
You're going to keep researching. Keep procrastinating. Keep telling yourself you'll do it eventually.
And then 2 years from now you'll be in the exact same place, still wishing you had started.
Or.
...just hear me out.
You could get your personalized Blair plan now.
And by this time next year, you could be making $10K-$15K/month doing something you actually control.
18 months from now? You could quit your job.
And 2 years from now? You could be working 25 hours/week, making great money, and never missing another school event.
Your call.

P.S. Your kids are only little once. The 0-10 years are the magical years. They WANT you around. They think you're cool. They need you.
After 10? They pull away. They have their own lives. They don't want to hang out with you as much.
If you spend the next 5 years grinding at your job, you'll miss it.
But if you spend the next 12-18 months building your escape plan? You'll OWN the next 10 years.
Don't wait.
